Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
1 C White Flour1 C Wheat Flour1/2 C sugar2 TBS baking powderdash salt2 eggs1 3/4 C skim milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 C vegetable oil1/4 C mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately (except chocolate chips). Combine and mix well. Pour by 1/4 C amounts onto lightly buttered griddle/skillet. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Flip when bubbles appear. Fry until light golden brown. Serve with applesauce.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen pancakes.
