Bean Wrap

Ingredients
1 T olive oil3 T of onions1/2 cup of black beans (rinsed)Any other veggies you likeSeasoning (such as taco mix)Sour creamCilantroTortillahot sauce
Directions
Heat the olive oil over medium heat and add onions. Cook onions until tender then add beans and other veggies (you can use whatever veggies you have on hand or prefer). If you want to season with extra spices now is the time to do that (home-made taco seasoning is a favourite of mine). Cook for about 2 minutes and then put the tortilla on top of the mixture to warm the tortilla.
Put the tortilla on a plate and put mixture on top. Top with sour cream and cilantro and hot sauce.
You can add cheese if you like (though I did not include it in this recipe).

Makes 1 serving.
