Low Calorie Cauliflower Soup

6 cups cauliflower2 cups milk2 cups chicken broth1.5 cup water1 tsp becel light margarine1 medium onionblack pepper and basil to taste
Cook the cauliflower in minimal water until soft. In a separate pan sautee the onions in the becel light margarine. Add chicken broth, milk and water as well as sauteed onions into pot with cauliflower. Add pepper and basil to taste. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until dinner time. I also use a potatoe masher to mash the cauliflower into small pieces.
