Saturday morning detox shake

Ingredients
2 cups spinach1/2 cup apple juice1 scoop soy protein1/2 cup soy yogurt1 banana1 cup frozen mango1 cup frozen wild organic blueberries1/2 cup frozen raspberries2 Tb ground flax
Directions
1. Blend spinach and apple juice.
2. Add yogurt, soy powder, vitamin D powder. Blend.
3. Add banana and frozen fruit slowly, letting blend. Blend in flax.
