Clean blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1 Cup whole wheat flour1 cup oatmeal3/4 cup stevia2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 warm water3/4 cup milk1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup enova oil1 1/2 cup blueberries3 Tbls ground flax seed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine 1/4 cup of warm water with 3 Tablespoons of flax seed. Add 3/4 cup milk (i use 1/2 cup soy milk and 1/4 cup skim milk) 1/4 cup apple sauce, 1/4 cup enova oil (or you can use canola). in a seperate bowl combine 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour with 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 3/4 cup stevia. combine above together and gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of blueberries.
divide into 12 muffins and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
