Turkey Shepard Pie Casserole

1 cup of leftover roasted turkey breast1 can of mixed vegetables (drained) or frozen1 can of cream of chicken soup (don't dilute)1.5 cup of homemade mashed potatoes1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. celery seed1/2 tsp. dried or minced onion flakes\1 tsp. ground black pepper1/4 tsp. parsley flakes1/4 cup progresso italian bread crumbs
spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray
Mix in large bowl, chopped up turkey breast, cream of chicken soup, all the spices mixing well. Pour in bottom of sprayed baking dish.
Top with homemade mashed potatoes (leftover ones are best) and then add italian bread crumbs, lightly spray with cooking spray
Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes and serve immediately
Serves 6 to 9 people approximately 1 cup each
