Guacamole

Ingredients
2 small, ripe avocados - seed and peel1 small red onion - quartered1 small tomato, seeds removed - quartered1/2 - 1 chilli, seeded1 pinch salt1/4 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp ground black pepperjuice of 1 - 2 limes
Directions
Put all ingredients except lime juice into a small food processor. Pulse until of desired consistency. Add juice from 1 lime. Mix.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add additional lime juice if desired.

Makes 6 - 8 X 1 tablespoon servings.
