Ingredients

4 oz bar of Ghiradelli 100% Cacao unsweetened chocolate1/2 cup Splenda1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground cardamom1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder

Directions

Grate chocolate very fine. Mix with remaining ingredients. To make a cup of chocolate, add 3 Tbsp mix (or to taste) to 8 oz hot water
