Albacore Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
4 portions pasta (8 az uncooked)2 cans (6 oz each) albacore tuna, water packed, drained1 can (10 oz low-fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup1/2 c skim milk1 c frozen peas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Prepare rotini pasta according to package directions

Lightly coat 8 X 8 baking dish with cooking spray

Place cooked pasta in baking dish. Add tuna, soup, milk and peas; mix well

Bake uncovered until casserole begins to bubble, about 20 minutes.

Remove casserole from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 portions and enjoy.
