Spinach Molagootal

Ingredients
22 oz spinach2 cups moong dal1 cup fresh shredded coconut1 tbsp urad dal5/6 red chillies1/2 tsp oil1 tbsp jeera
Directions
Boil the spinach & the moong dal with about 4-5 cups of water.
While the spinach is cooking, heat the oil in a small pan, put in the red chillies (broken) and the urad dal into the oil. Roast till dal goes from white to red/brown.
Add the roasted chillies, urad dal, jeera to the coconut and grind finely - you may have to add some water to be able to grind the mixture.
Once the spinach & moong dal are cooked, add the coconut mixture to it and let it come to a boil. Take off the heat and serve with rice.
