Chickpea dumplings

Ingredients
1 c chickpea flour1/2 t cayenne1/2 t paprika1 t sea salt1/2 t fennel seed, ground1/2 t ginger, ground1/4 t ajwain (or mix thyme and black pepper)3 T plain yogurt1 T canola oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and yogurt. Use oil to coat six pieces of the sticky dough and roll it into 1/2 diameter logs. Simmer in water 12 to 15 minutes until floating and have lost their sheen. Drain and slice in 1/2 inch pieces - you should have about 72 dumplings to mix into curries in lieu of rice.
