Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
* *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1.5 cup * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup * *Flour, white, 1 cup * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed * Baking Powder, 3 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp * Butter, unsalted, .25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, blend rolled oats and milk; let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients, eggs and melted butter to oats, stirring until combined.
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancakes onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
4. Cook each pancake until edges become dry and surface is covered with bubbles. Turn and cook second side until golden brown.
