Ingredients
Inn on the Creek 6 grain Pancake Mix, 1.5 cup *Silk Soy Milk, 1 cup Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Coconut, raw, .75 cup, shredded Lemon Peel, 2 tsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Cranberries, .75 cup, chopped
Directions
mix all ingredients, drop about 1/4 cup batter into heated pan. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook other side. Serve warm
