Ingredients
approx 6 cups veggies you like. 3 cans of fat free beef broth. tomato paste. seasonings to taste.
Directions
chop all veggies and place in crockpot. Cover with broth. Add tomato paste. Add hot sauce, pepper and garlic to taste. cook on low all day.
