Extra Creamy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1 small onion4 medium russet potatoes,peeled and cubed3 chicken breast 1 cup cream of chicken soup 1.5 tbsp curry powder2 cups water 1.5 tbsp water .5 cups frozen peas and carrotscooking spray1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tsp cold water
Directions
Chop up chicken and chop up onions. Peel and cube potatoes. Spray skillet or pot with cooking spray heat up and add chopped up onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until no pink is left in the meat. Mix curry powder with 1.5 tbsp of water to make a paste. Add the paste to the chicken and onions. Add the 2 cups of water. Add potatoes and peas and carrots. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup. Cook for 5 minutes more. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Lower heat and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve.
