Modified Amish Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 Eggs1 Pound Turkey Bacon, diced (Nutritional Info was calculated with 40 slices)1 medium Onion, sliced4 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns, (Thawed)2 Cups Shreded Chedder Cheese1 1/4 Cups Shreded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
0. Preheat oven to 350F
1. Cook bacon and onions in a frying pan. I found it easyer to cook the bacon before I cut it into cubes.
2. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.
3. Dice the bacon, and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Put the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
5. Cook uncovered for 35-40 miniutes or untill set and bubbly.

This makes about 12 servings.
