Beef Macaroni Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef1 small chopped onion8 oz can tomato sauce1 Tflour1/2 c water1 cup Whole Wheat uncooked macaroni noodles1 c 2% shredded cheddar
Brown meat and onion together. Drain add tomato sauce, flour and water. Cover and simmer for 13 min. Meanwhile boil macaroni. Drain and combine with meat mixture. Turn into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake15 min. @ 400.
