Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 cups fat-free chicken broth3 cups water1 lb. chopped onions1 cup celery2 minced garlic cloves1 lb. red potatoes1/2 t. gr. black pepper1/4 t. salt
Directions
Put water and broth into a crock-pot. Chop onions, celery, and potatoes. Add to broth mixture in crock-pot. Add garlic and spices. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve chunky or process in a blender. Makes 5 2-cup servings.

    Not my favorite, but not too bad. I added chicken and carrots. I think theres WAY too much onion called for in this recipe. - 2/7/10

    I always cook with a lot of onions, so I guess I am just used to it:)
