1.5 lb. cubed chicken breast10 cups chicken broth1 lb. Italian sausage cut in bite size peices and browned.1lb. extra lean ground beef Add: .5 tsp salt, 2tbsp chives, 1 tbs garlic, .5 cup bread crumbs 1 cup carrots1 cup celery1 cup acini di pepe1 box frozen spinachsalt,pepper,garlic, and chives to taste
Add chicken to broth and cook over medium heat, add chopped carrots and celery.In separate bowl combine ground beef ,garlic,salt,and bread crumbs and form into small meatballs. Brown off lightly then add to broth. Cut italian sausage into bite size peices and brown off then add to broth.Add frozen spinach cook till vegtables are tender. In separate large pot bring 4 cups of water to a boil add pinch salt and accini di pepe and cook 6 miute or until tender. Drain in strainer then add to broth and take off heat. Taste broth and season as you like with salt,pepper,chives and garlic. Makes 24 1 cup servings
