makes four to five servings.
brown the ground beef and drain, add a can of vegall, the dry mustard, the brown sugar and the cream cheese. (kids can help add the ingredients if they are old enough to be around a hot skillet).
transfer everything to a buttered casserole dish, crush the bag of potato chips, open the bag and sprinkle the potato chip pieces across the top of the casserole. bake at 350 until the chips darken just a bit. usually 20 to 30 minutes.
