Garlic Chicken and Red and Yellow Peppers

Ingredients
For Two:Two chicken breastsOne red bell pepperOne yellow bell pepperOne Medium Onion4 cloves of Garlic6 tablespoons Kroger Sweet and Spicy Steak Sauce (or substitute sauce)
Directions
Prepare brown rice while cooking chicken and peppers.

Heat your skillet or Wok, and spray with cooking spray.
Cut up Chicken, peppers, onions and garlic
Saute peppers, onions and half the garlic in half the steak sauce until it just starts to get tender.
Remove and store in container
Saute cut up chicken in remainder of garlic. Once chicken is white in the middle, add pepper, onion, garlic mix to the chicken and add the rest of the steak sauce.
Cook until the peppers are pliable, but not soggy.

Serve over brown rice.
