Vegatable bean soup

Ingredients
Onion, 1Garlic, 4 clovesCarrots, 1 cupCelery, 1 cupKale, 4 cupGreen peppers, 1 Beans, 1 canCumin, 2 tbspHot sauce, 2 tspnSalt/Petter to taste
Directions
Sweat chopped onions for 5 minutes while chopping other vegatables. As other vegatables are chopped, add to onions. Add stock in a box and diced tomatoes, or tomatoe sauce depending on supplies. Add spices and salt/pepper to taste. Heat on medium high heat for 30 minutes.
