Lite Chicken Caesar Salad

1.5 heads of iceberg lettuce, washed and ripped into bite sized pieces1 T. olive oil3 T. Kraft parmesan cheese2 diced and cooked chicken breasts6 T. Ken's light caesar dressing1 t. garlic - finely chopped.25 t. ground savory spice1 dash ground pepper1 t. onion powder
Dice and saute chicken breast, garlic, and spice in the olive oil. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 30 min. to chill.
In a large bowl, rip up 1. 5 large heads of lettuce. Toss in parmesan. Add chilled chicken. Toss in Ken's light Caesar dressing. Can be served with butter and fresh, crunchy bread. Great for a summer lunch or dinner. Makes 5 large servings.
