2 13 oz. cans Member's Mark Chicken Breast Chunks, drained (16 oz. of chicken breast, cooked)1 c. scallions, chopped, including green ends1 c. Kraft 2% cheddar cheese, shredded1 can. petite diced tomatoes, southwest style drained1 tsp. cilantro1 clove garlic minced3/4 c. yogurt, plain non-fat
Crumble chicken in large bowl with scallions and cheese. Mix yogurt, tomatoes, garlic and cilantro. Serve as a wrap or on a whole wheat thin bun
