1 Large onion, chopped (1 cup)2 cloves garlic, crushed1 can (14 1/2 oz) FF chicken broth2 large tomatoes, cubes (2 cups)2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro1 tsp oregano leaves2 tsp chili powder1 can (15 to 16 oz) kidney beans, undrained1 can (15 to 16 oz) garbanzo beans, undrained1 can (15 oz) spicy chili beans, undrained
Cook onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of the broth in nonstick Dutch oven over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onion is crisp-tender. Sir in remaining broth and remaining ingredients except beans. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency
