No-Bake Nut Butter Energy Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup agave nectar2 tbsp coconut oil1 1/2 cup almond butter3 cups oats2 scoops all natural vanilla whey powder1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apple)1/2 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Directions
Warm agave, coconut oil and nut butter in a metal bowl or saucepan, or in microwave. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread into parchment lined pan. Place in fridge to cool. Cut into 16 bars.

Makes 16 bars.

    Gosh! I forgot to put that in there. My apologies.
    It's been a long time since I made these..
    Since the bars are not baked, you could use either depending on the thickness you want your bars to be. Use a square pan for thicker bars and a 9x13 for thinner bars.
