1 cup Dole Wildly Nutritious Mixed Berries with Pomegranate, frozen - do not thaw1 cup Dole Ready Cut, Sliced Strawberries, frozen,, do not thaw1/2 a serving of Pomegranate Designer Whey ( a whole serving could be used - depends on your preference)8 oz fresh green tea, either warm or cool
Add the green tea to the blender with protein powder, blend for about 10 seconds. Add all of the fruit and blend for another 10-15 seconds depending on the blender. Once blended it should provide you with 24 oz. Again, it is really filling freeze what you don't finish or share with someone.
