Ginny's Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
4-5 chopped tomatoes1 medium sweet onion, diced1 green pepper, dicedjalapeno peppers (I like it hot, so I dice them, and use lots), diced, to taste1/2 bunch fresh cilantroJuice of 1/2 lime (to taste)2-3 cloves garlic, mincedSalt (to taste, I often don't add any)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let sit for about an hour to let the flavors blend. For chunky salsa, chop and dice your vegetables. If you like a smoother salsa, you can whirl it in your blender.
