    8 inch Flour Tortilla
    1/4 cup Canned Chicken (shredded)
    1/4 cup Chunky Salsa
    1/4 cup Mexican Bland Cheese (2% Milk)


Shred canned chicken and mix in salsa, spread over 1/2 of tortilla top with cheese. Fold in half, microwave for 1-2 min.
For a crispy tortilla, brown on grittle or in a flat pan on the stove.

    I will indeed make it again. Used corn tortillas and home poached chicken breast meat as that's what I had on hand from making another recipe. This was SOOOO easy and tasty and not as much trouble as the BIG recipe I was doing! - 8/11/10

    I make something similar to this and my husband loves it. We also top ours with guacamole (uses 3 avocados per bag and nothing but spices added). Delicious! - 6/11/08
