Ingredients
1 Box Pillsbury Yellow Reduced Sugar Cake Mix1 pkg sugar free pistachio pudding (4 servings)2 eggs2/3 cup egg beaters (egg substitute)8 oz softened light cream cheese1 container (4 oz) unsweetened applesauce1/2 t. almond flavoring1 cup water
Directions
Mix dry cake mix and pudding. Add softened cream cheese, eggs and substitute, water, applesauce and almond flavoring. Beat about 3 min. on med speed in mixer. Grease bundt pan, then spray w/ Pam.
Bake in oven, preheated 350 for 60-70 min until toothpick comes out clean.
