TVP Sloppy Joes

1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)2-3 tablespoons chopped onions (or to taste)1 8oz can of tomato sauce1 envelope of McCormick Sloppy Joes Seasoningwatertofutti soy mozarella cheese slicedill pickle relishhamburger bun
put the TVP and onions in a small pan and heat until the onions start to sizzle. Add the McCormicks and stir to completely mix in. Add the tomato sauce stir to incorporate. Using the tomato sauce can, fill with water, and slowly pour into the TVP mixture. Keep stirring until water fully absorbed. Remove from heat.
Toast your bun, add your cheese slice and pickles, and top with cooked TVP.
This should make between 5-6 servings.
