Ingredients
2 lbs. tender beef2 tbsp. vegetable oil (or whatever high heat oil you like)2 tbsp. flour2 c. water1/4 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. chili powder3/4 tsp. salt1/2 bell pepper, chopped1 sm. onion, chopped
Directions
Place cubed meat in pan and start to fry. When meat juices begin to evaporate and meat begins frying, add flour. Cook stirring constantly until flour is brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve on flour tortillas or over rice.
