Ingredients
Directions
Vanilla Extract, 0.52 tsp (remove) Splenda, 3 tsp (remove) Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)Dannon Light & Fit Strawberry, No Sugar Added, .75 cup (remove)Cottage Cheese, Friendship 1% No Salt Added, 0.75 cup (remove)
The cottage cheese adds much more protein to these popsicles than yogurt or milk.
The large curd cottage cheeses will give a smoother texture to the popsicles. Some people may be able to taste the salt in the cottage cheese - if you can, and you don't like it, you can use Friendship 1% No Salt Added cottage cheese - although this cottage cheese has a grainier texture.
Instead of yogurt, you can mix in 3/4 cup of vanilla soymilk, skim milk, vanilla pudding, or light coolwhip. You can use any fruit you like - whatever's in season, or in your freezer!
