chicken salad

Ingredients
3 cans chunk chicken1.5 tsp fat free cream cheese3 tbsp fat free sour cream1 tsp sugar (or sugar substitute)2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1 cup pecan pieces salt and pepper to tastegrapes - optional
Directions
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, parmesan cheese, pecans together in thoroughly mixing bowl.
Add drained chicken to mix. Mix together well until chicken is completely folded in. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes and serve on crossiants.
