Easy Omelet in Skillet or Mug

Ingredients
4Large Eggs2oz Cheddar Cheese1 Half Green Pepper Chopped4 Medium Strips of Bacon
Directions
Stovetop in a Skillet
Sautee green peppers until mostly done. Cooking too long will give you mushy peppers.
Prepare bacon however you like (I like making in the microwave, 1 minute per piece, to save on make time.
Blend eggs with milk in a separate bowl and add to your pepper. Let the egg cook on one side and add cheese. Flip and cook until done.
Crunch up bacon onto your egg and you’re done! Enjoy!

Quick and Easy Microwave Version
Microwave bacon in between two paper towels. One minute per piece.
Break Eggs into a coffee mug and mix with cheddar cheese.
Add green pepper and crunched bacon into egg. Mix and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Continue to microwave for 3 minutes.
Make sure egg is cooked all the way through by push on the top with the flat of the fork. Middle is sometimes hard to cook.
Enjoy!
