Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
Beef, tip round, 2.5 lb cut into bite-size piecesFlour, 1/4 cup Baby Carrots, raw, 20 medium cut into bite-sized piecesCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long), cut into bite-sized piecesGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 bell pepper cut into chunks*Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), cut into chunksOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), cut into chunksOregano, ground, 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp Beef bouillon, 2 portion, amount of dry mix to make Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Olive oil, up to 2 Tablespoons for braising beef
Directions
Makes 10-12 1 cup servings. Place meat and flour in plastic zip lock bag and shake to coat meat. Cook meat on high heat in small amount of olive oil until browned. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
