Nana's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 c I can't Believe It's Not Butter Lite1/2 c Truvia (natural sugar substitute)1/2 c packed brown sugar1 Lg egg2 Lg egg whites1tsp vanilla extract1 c wheat flour3/4 c white flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 c 1% milk1 1/2 c mashed very ripe bananas
Directions
Makes 8 mini loaves and 1 small loaf

Preheat oven to 350*F

1. Beat butter til light & fluffy
2. Add sugars and beat well
3. Add eggs and vanilla then beat until well blended.
4. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Add flour mixture alternately with milk.
5. Fold in mashed bananas.
6. Pour batter evenly in loaf pans that were sprayed with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes for mini loaf pans or 1 hour 16 minutes for regular loaf pan.
8. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
