Ingredients
1 Burrito Size High Fiber Tortilla1 tbsp tofutti better than cream cheese1 tsp taco seasoning1 svg Morningstar Farms Buffalo Wings1 handful leafy greens (spinach, lettuce)1-2 tbsp diced onion and celery
Directions
1. Prepare buffalo wings according to package and chop into bite sized pieces. Warm tortilla in microwave.
2. Combine tofutti and taco seasoning. Spread on tortilla.
3. Add a layer of leafy greens.
4. Add buffalo wings, more leafy greens and onions and celery.
5. Roll and enjoy!
