Black bean and veggie side dish

1 can Black Beans, drained1 can golden sweet corn, drained1/4 c. chopped sweet bell peppers1/3 c. chopped onion1/3 c. chopped carrot1 tblspn dried basil1 tblspn dried parsley1 tblspn dried cilantro3 cloves garlic, finely minced (or substitute garlic powder)1 tblspn extra virgin olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan, add peppers, onions and carrot. Saute over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until onions are transulcent. Add corn, black beans and all spices. Simmer on med/low heat for about 10 more minutes or until heated through.
