3 T Whole Grain Dijon Mustard4t Deli Mustard2T honey1/4c Orange Marmalade15oz Bone In Ham Steak
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients. Place in a ziplock plastic bag. Add ham. Let marinate at least one hour. Remove from bag and place in hot pan or on hot grill. Cook until hot.

    Really good! I cooked 2 - 6oz boneless ham steaks instead and I was only able to marinate them for 20 minutes. Note: it seems like you're burning off all the ingredients when you throw them on the hot pan, but it caramelizes the steaks. - 1/26/09
