Black Bean Chili with Pork

Ingredients
1 lb boneless pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes2 15 oz cans black beans, drained (recipe calls for 2 16 oz cans black beans but I used 2 15 oz no salt added black beans)1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped1medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped1 small red onion, thinly sliced1 clove garlic, crushed1/2 tsp ground cumin2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1 8 oz can tomato sauceOpt:1/2 c plain lowfat yogurt or sour cream2 T chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
In a slow cooker, stir together pork, beans, bell pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8-9 hours. Spoon into individual bowls; top with yogurt or sour cream and cilantro.
