Homemade Chicken Fried Rice

1 Package Bird's Eye Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables2 Packages Bird's Eye Whole Grain Brown Rice1 lb Fresh Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless1/4 C Fresh Almonds, raw1 T Sesame Oil1 T EVOO1 T Garlic Powder1 T Smoked Paprika2 t Liquid Smoke1 T Crushed Red Pepper Flakes1 t Sea Salt
Makes 6, 2 cup servings
Add oils and almonds in large skillet on low heat. Stir to coat almonds. Cover. Stir occasionally until toasted.
Cook rice and mixed vegetables according to package directions. Set aside. Grill chicken without oil until done. (I used a George Foreman type grill). Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Combine all ingredients in skillet. Stir over a medium heat until heated through and mixed completely.
