Wasabi Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes6 large eggs1/2 cup dill relish3 Tbsp dried onion flakes4 Tbsp BacO's3 Tbsp wasabi mayo7 Tbsp reduced fat mayo
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft
Hard boil eggs
Let potatoes and eggs cool completely

Cut up potatoes and eggs into small pieces
Mix in relish, mayo, onions and bacon bits

Salt and pepper to taste.
Refridgerate for an hour before serving.

    I replaced the Relish with 1/2 cup of finely diced pepper(any
    color)did not add Baco's don't like the flavor.Added 1/2 cup of small diced celery for more crunch. We love WASABI, so,
    wii make this again & often. - 2/3/10
