- Stewing beef, chopped into small pieces; 21 oz- Mushrooms - Compliments - Canned Pieces & Stems, 1 can.- Olive Oil - Mastro Extra Virgin, 100% Pure, Cold Pressed, 3 tbsp- Celery, raw, chopped, 323 grams (about 3 - 4 large stalks)- Garlic, chopped, 6 cloves- Onions, raw, chopped, 1 large- Carrots, raw, chopped, 448 grams (about 3 - 4 large carrots- Butternut Squash, 785 grams (about 1 average sized squash) chopped - Rice - Brown, Long Grain, Whole Grain - Dainty, 1.25 cup- Pasta - Glardino - Fusilli, Whole Wheat , 225 gram(s)- Water, 16 - 18 cups- Bullion - Knorr Bovril - Instant, Beef, 4 packets
Brown beef in oil. Add onion & garlic. Cook until tender. Add water & bullion. Cook for 1/2 hour. Add veggies, rice, & pasta; cook for another 1/2 hour or until veggies are tender.
