* Kale, 16 oz. chopped * Stewed Tomatoes, 14.5 oz can * Garlic, 5 cloves * Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped * Pepper, red, crushed 2 tsp * Chickpeas 1 can, drained * Curry powder, 1 tsp. * Turmeric, ground, 1/2
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Saute onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add stewed tomatoes and drained chickpeas. Add spices, and kale. Cover and cook 20-25 minutes.
