Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5.28 tbsp Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp Wine, Red, Dry, 2.64 oz Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped boneless pork chops, 20 oz Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 15 gram(s) Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
Whisk the oil, wine, vinegar, garlic, green onions, and rosemary together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the pork chops in a glass baking dish and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for1-4 hours
Coat a grill with cooking spray, and cook the chops for about 5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 145 degrees F. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary before serving.
