* Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds (remove) * Cucumber (with peel), .5 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .8 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove) * *Barlean's Flax Oil, .3 tbsp (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Chop all into small pieces.
Add oils and lemon juice
Add salt and pepper to taste
