Ma's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 Eggs1/2 cup sugar1 cup stewed pumpkin1/4 tsp allspice1/4 tsp cloves1/4 tsp gingerpinch salt1 1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a pie tin with one crust. With a mixer or wooden spoon, mix eggs, sugar, stewed pumpkin, spices, salt, and milk. Pour into a 9" pie shell and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 375 degrees F and bake the pie for 20 - 30 minutes longer or until center jiggles slightly when pan is shaken. Cool pie and top with favorite low fat whipped topping. Makes 8 servings.
