Whole Wheat Tortilla Bacon Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
3 - whole wheat Thomas Sahara Wraps1 1/2 Tbsp - melted Butter4 - Extra large Eggs3/4 cup - 1% Milk1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms6 slices broiled Oscar Mayer Bacon1/4 cup - Part-Skim Fancy Shredded Mozzarella 1/4 cup - chopped Onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

Melt butter and brush a bit around the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie dish. Place the first tortilla wrap in the bottom of the pie dish - slightly off center. Brush with butter and top with a second tortilla wrap - slightly off center to the other side of the pie dish (you are trying to be sure the sides of the dish are covered as much as possible). Brush the remaining butter over the tortilla wrap and place the last tortilla on top, centered on the middle of the pie dish.

Layer 1/2 the cheese, cut up or broken up pieces of broiled bacon, mushrooms and onions, topping off with the last 1/2 of the cheese.

Whisk the 4 eggs until well blended, add milk and then whisk again until frothy. Gently pour over the layered ingredients - being careful not to get egg mixture between the tortilla layers.

Bake quiche in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
