Buffalo Wing Dip

4 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded2- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese1 cup light ranch dressing4 oz. hot sauce8 oz. Shredded cheese (Mexican Blend, Cheddar, Monterey)4 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
1. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce in sauce pan until well blended / melted
2. Stir in shredded chicken
3. Put in a 9X13 pan; alternating mixture / shredded cheese / mixture / ending with shredded cheese
4. Optional: top with crumbled blue cheese
5. Bake for 25 min. or until bubbly
Serve with celery sticks and / or tortilla chips.
Spread leftovers on French Bread and broil until bubbly!
